The 2021/22 First Nation Communities READ Awards longlist in the YA/adult category includes A HISTORY OF MY BRIEF BODY by Billy-Ray Belcourt, HOW TO LOSE EVERYTHING by Christa Couture, FIVE LITTLE INDIANS by Michelle Good, APPROACHING FIRE by Michelle Porter, it was never going to be okay by jaye simpson, and LOVE AFTER THE END, edited by Joshua Whitehead.
