SHIVANI Ojha, Contracts and Operations Assistant
Shivani joined CookeMcDermid in March 2024 as Contracts and Operations Assistant, where she works alongside the Contracts, Operations and Finance departments. She graduated from the University of Toronto in 2020 with a BA in English and Books and Media Studies after which she ventured into the world of start-ups in both the tech-sales and operations capacity. Having gained experiences in various industries, she found her way into publishing through a sales and operations internship at PRHC, then continued to intern in the editorial department for Penguin Canada until 2023. Her passion for stories casts wide across all genres, but she is particularly drawn to literary fiction. Outside the world of literature, she spends half her weekends watching sports, hosting gatherings or discovering new activities. Please note she does not accept submissions.
