Danny Ramadan is a finalist for the 2023 City of Vancouver Book Awards for his novel THE FOGHORN ECHOES, “a deeply moving novel about a forbidden love between two boys in war-torn Syria and the fallout that ripples through their adult lives.”
The annual City of Vancouver Book Award has been recognizing authors of excellence of any genre since 1989. These authors contribute to the appreciation and understanding of Vancouver's diversity, history, unique character, or the achievements of its residents. —City of Vancouver Book Awards
