Farzana Doctor’s novel SEVEN shortlisted for the Trillium Book Award

Farzana Doctor’s novel SEVEN, about a woman who excavates much more than she imagined on a trip to India to learn about her family's past, breaking open the taboo subject of khatna (female genital mutilation), is a 2021 finalist for the Trillium Book Award.

The winner will be announced on June 15, 2021.
