Nick’s second novel (in progress), Meet Me in the Woods, is an engrossing crime thriller that sits comfortably at the crossroads of “True Detective” and “Stranger Things.” Faced with a degenerative memory and the enemy of time, Woodrow Smart, a retired detective, cannot let one particular case go.
