Jessica Grant’s COME THOU, TORTOISE, about a sheltered young woman who undertakes a transatlantic journey of self-discovery, enlisting the aid of a charming inventor to unravel the half-truths that shaped her childhood and find the family she was never allowed to know, to Shut Up & Colour Pictures in partnership with Good Chaos and Get Set Films, in association with Telefilm Canada, currently in production as a feature film called Oddly Flowers, adapted by writer-director Jordan Canning (Schitt’s Creek), and starring Emily Carey (Geek Girl) and Martin Freeman (Sherlock), by Rena Zimmerman of Great North Artists and Paige Sisley at CookeMcDermid, on behalf of Martha Webb at CookeMcDermid.
