Acclaimed Métis poet and novelist Conor Kerr's BEAVER HILLS, an irreverent and playful novella-in-verse set in Edmonton that explores the inner dreams, hardships, and existential dilemmas of a welder, a single mother, a university student, and a professor, offering a poignant depiction of life on the prairies and a critique of education, labor, and community dynamics, to Brian Lam at Arsenal Pulp Press, for publication in fall 2025, by Cody Caetano at CookeMcDermid (World English).
