Carmen Aguirre’s SOMETHING FIERCE: MEMOIRS OF A REVOLUTIONARY DAUGHTER, which follows six-year-old Aguirre when she flees to North America with her family following General Augusto Pinochet's violent 1973 coup in Chile, and her eventual return to South America as a Chilean resistance member, then militant, plunging her further into a world of terror, paranoia and euphoria, optioned to Screen Siren Pictures, with Aguirre attached as writer alongside screenwriter Dennis Foon (Indian Horse), by Hannah Vaughn and Joe Veltre at The Gersh Agency on behalf of Paige Sisley and Sally Harding.
