Award-winning YA author Janice Lynn Mather’s Uncertain Kin, her first short fiction collection for adults, which is tinged with Caribbean folklore and elements of the surreal, and bridges the Bahamas and North America in an exploration of family intersections and connections, to be published in Spring 2022, and her first novel for adults, Madame Dee’s Luck-Dream Emporium, which follows four interconnected families across five hundred years through Lucayan-era Caribbean, West Africa, Europe, and North America, and examines the stories our bodies carry and the lengths we are willing to go to in our quest to belong, to Melanie Tutino at Doubleday Canada (Canada, English) by Rachel Letofsky.
